LetterForge is a Tauri desktop app for sign shops. Local CadQuery builds the letter geometry on the workstation. There is no remote geometry queue. A thin API will come later for sign-in and entitlements only.

Dial the shop profile
Pick construction, depth, and a verified letter profile. Save workshop presets without dragging in quoting or job-management tools.
Generate locally
CadQuery (and Manifold for bubble work) runs on this computer. Cancel, inspect, and regenerate without uploading production art.
Take files to the floor
Export the letter mesh and the shop-drawing set from one local project. Preview uses the machine GPU; the model lives next to the artwork.
LOCAL GENERATION
Geometry stays under shop control.
Artwork is not uploaded to generate a file. Preview rendering uses the computer’s graphics hardware. Railway will host account identity and paid access later — never a CadQuery queue.
FABRICATION OUTCOMES
Files the floor can use.
STL, DXF, and related shop files come off the same local job. Nothing here is a cloud render or a quote pack.

Split faces, returns, and related parts for the chosen construction.
